Pizza Chicken Recipe
Craving pizza but don’t want to stunt your weight loss goals? This Pizza Chicken recipe will satisfy your cravings while keeping you on track!
- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 1 tbsp pizza sauce
- 2 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 bell pepper rings
- 2 tbsp Lite Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning – to taste
Flatten the chicken breast slightly, if necessary, to make it an even thickness all over. Place chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet – season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Spread pizza sauce over the top of the chicken, then top with veggies. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Add cheese on top and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked all the way through. You can also try other vegetables such as zucchini, spinach, onion, etc.
