Blend Smooth the following ingredients & divide into 4 popsicle molds or paper cups & freeze.
- 12 oz silken tofu
- 1/2 cup non-calorie sweetener (such as Splenda or Swerve)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Tip: For additional flavor, add instant coffee granules or experiment with other flavor combinations by adding almond, coconut, peppermint, or orange extract.
