Our board-certified surgeon is fully trained in all aspects of general surgery, including breast surgery, hernia repair, gallbladder removal, colon resection, splenectomy, and gastric surgery.
Our surgeon, Dr. Darrell Doucette, has specialized training in advanced laparoscopic surgery for the management of hernias (groin, incisional, umbilical) and diseases of the gallbladder, stomach, colon, spleen, and adrenal glands, as well as laparoscopic management of heartburn/hiatal hernia (Nissen fundoplication). He has also undergone training in a variety of other minimally invasive surgical techniques including stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy and robotic-assisted laparoscopic abdominal surgery.
