1. Workout to Feel Good
When you are losing weight, it can be addicting to look at the scale and see the numbers drop. However, there comes the point in everyone’s weight loss journey where their weight plateaus. Rather than working out to lose weight, try doing it to feel better and to live a healthier life. For instance, the more you workout, the more energy you will have to do the things you love.
2. Leave Yourself Notes
If you are waiting for a compliment from your friends and family around every corner, you are surely going to be disappointed. Rather than demanding compliments from those around you, leave little notes around your house to remind you of how great you look and how your weight loss journey isn’t over.
3. Get New Clothes
Want to know one of the best ways to feel better about your body? Get a new wardrobe! If your clothes aren’t fitting the right way, you aren’t going to feel confident wearing them. Whereas if you have new clothes that hug you in the right places and show off your body, you are going to feel more confident about your appearance.
