I’ve always been overweight. I have always had confidence issues because of it. But with being stuck at home during quarantine, I gained to the point I was unhappy with myself. I didn’t have any health problems related to weight, but my family does, and I knew it was only a matter of time before I was in the same boat.
A couple of months. I had a friend who did it, and I was able to ask questions to feel comfortable enough to take the step.
Everyone was always nice and encouraging. Even when I’d gain instead of losing, they’d help me with the issues and get me back on track.
I can wear clothes I wasn’t comfortable with before. My confidence is higher than ever.
