Since surgery, the most significant change in my life is seeing my body change and learning to eat to live & not live to eat. I am still addicted to food, but you must change your lifestyle after this surgery. You don’t have a choice, or you will end up right back where you were & we don’t want that & it’s not easy to change your horrible eating habits. This surgery is a tool, not a quick fix. I wish good luck to anybody thinking about weight loss surgery. Just remember, you must be ready for this significant change in your life.
This is a journey that you have to be ready for mentally and physically. This journey is not the easy fix, so don’t ever let anyone try to convince you of that!
